This is the casualty. Ill fitting eye lid blew off and was immediately run over. Anywhere, here's the video:

This is my biggest fear considering my spoiler is affixed with 3m extreme tape. Sure it's used by the industry to adhere trim... But a big ass spoiler flying through the air is something I don't want to see in my rear view
